The outdoor pool (seasonal) is open to all children with adult supervision. The heated indoor pool, is located at the Spa, which is adults-only, yet in order to cater to our younger guests, the indoor heated is exceptionally accessible to children under the age of 18 only between 10:00 – 12:00 under adult supervision.    

Unfortunately, the hotel does not allow pets at the moment.

Roads are regularly cleared during snowfall, but snow chains are recommended as extreme weather conditions are unpredictable.    

Complaint Management Policy: Any complaints submitted will be thoroughly studied, ensuring fair treatment and personal data protection in accordance with EU laws. Complaints will be recorded and analyzed to identify and resolve issues. Staff will be continuously trained in effective complaint management. Complaint Procedure: Complaints can be made verbally, in writing, or through satisfaction questionnaires. Staff members can also raise concerns following the relevant procedures. Time to Handle Complaints: Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 2 working days, with complaints investigated within 15 business days. Extensions may be requested in writing when more time is needed for thorough investigation.
